Summary
The Training Database Administrator (Trackwise) is responsible for the accurate and timely recording of training completion records into the database in accordance with company standards and compliance with GMP documentation standards. This position requires the incumbent to be fully competent on all aspects of the software including reporting. Qualified candidates will be able to demonstrate the ability to learn software quickly, a strong technical focus and be fully engaged in learning all aspects of the software.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Monitors personnel training files, track course completion, and ensure that required forms are completed correctly and properly filed in a timely manner.
- Maintains a database of training modules and coordinates with affected area management to ensure that required training needs are met for all areas.
- Tracks training effectiveness and works with supervisors to ensure the success of the training program.
- Produce reports as required for management, auditors, etc.
- Support the change control approval process as needed.
- Maintain the annual FDA signature forms.
- All other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Required
- At least 3 years experience maintaining a database or corporate training program.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with word processing.
- 4 year degree or equivalent directly related work experience.
- Experience in a pharmaceutical company and proficiency with Trackwise preferred.
