Position Overview:
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Dayforce Practice, supporting the North America region.

Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity with a start date of with an initial duration of 6 months (March 2025), with the possibility of extending (and the possibility of turning into a permanent role for the right candidate).
Level of Effort: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Dayforce Practice, supporting the North America region.
Responsibilities:
- Writing solutions in C# .NET
- Design and build modules for reading/writing data from various systems. (API/FTP/SQL/etc.)
- Create unit tests and test data.
- Design and build data transformations and mathematical algorithms.
- Maintain an unwavering focus on Quality of Service.
- Closely collaborate with client facing Client consultants to design viable and maintainable solutions.
- Participate in both Internal discussion regarding solution design, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
- Able to create, manage, and own build timelines and communicate those to project manager and other team members
Required Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of programming experience in C# programming language.
- At least 5 years experience with HCM in WFM or Payroll including Dayforce integration experience
- Experience working with construction, engineering, and manufacturing industries.
- Basic understanding of source control concepts.
- Experience with data integrations
- Knowledge of agile and waterfall project life cycles
- Excellent communication skills are a must
- Past experience with Client is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Azure Function Apps.
- Experience with Azure Cosmos DB
- Experience with Azure Storage
- Strong technical writing skills.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
- Experience using agile methodologies or test-driven development (TDD).
