Dealer Pick-Up and Delivery Associate/Assistant Service Advisor - Keystone Ford

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Follow dealership processes and procedures for vehicle pick Up and Delivery
• Ability to build relationships with our valued customers, vendors and staff
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Capacity to problem solve and maintain composure during stressful situations
• Capable of active listening to the customer for their vehicle concerns
• Willingness to cross-train 
• Current knowledge of APP technology
• Transport vehicles to and from designated locations
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle
• Keep accurate records of pick-up and delivery schedules
• Complete inspection of vehicle prior to and post transfer that includes photo documentation
• Ensure necessary paperwork is complete, accurate and matches the appropriate vehicle

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record without restrictions
• Previous experience as a delivery driver is preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• You must be reliable, a team player, consistent and trustworthy 
• Basic understanding of keyboard and telephone operations
• Must pose excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
