Dealer Relations Representative - Now Hiring!!

Hourly Rate, plus Monthly Incentive Bonus

Total Compensation averages $38,000 - $47,000 annually

Clearwater, FL - onsite

Mid Atlantic Finance is seeking a self-motivated individual for our Clearwater, FL location who provides excellent customer service, demonstrates great organizational skills, and is Bilingual - English/Spanish. This position works closely with our dealers and customers, so professionalism and discretion are essential.

What You'll Do:

• Assist Auto Dealers with their requests, providing answers and solutions
• Collect funds from dealers on buy-backs
• Communicate the status of accounts and portfolios, as well as any issues, to department supervisor and appropriate departments within the company
• Overcome objections while remaining professional and in compliance
• Document results accurately

What You'll Need:

• Good data entry skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Great customer service, via inbound and outbound calls
