About the Job
Boylston Staffing is looking for University Deans Office Assistant. Will provide a wide range of administrative Support to the Dean's Office. Will serve as the principal contact and source of information for customers of the office including faculty, students, and staff.
Duties include:

- Welcoming guests, answering phones, receiving mail, responding to emails, updating records, managing calendars
- Arranging Zoom meetings, secure meeting spaces, managing catering needs, travel coordination and logistical support
- Must have experience with Complex Calendar Management, Word Processing, Database Management, Spreadsheets, Graphics and Presentations
- Utilize MS Suite, Outlook and Sharepoint, Zoom and Teams
- Email Management, Travel Arrangements, Meeting Support, Records Management, and Project Management
This is On-Site, 40 hours per week. $35-$38/hr
