Our business is GROWING and we are hiring HealthcareCOLLECTORS!

Pay: $14.00/hour plus Unlimited Monthly Performance Bonus

Most Performers earn between $17 - $23 per hour!

We offer a casual office environment, flexible scheduling to fit your needs including closing at 3PM on Fridays, free sodas, excellent base pay with unlimited bonus potential, and training.Experience is preferred butnot required. As a Healthcare Collector, you will contactconsumers and negotiate payments in order to help the consumer pay off their debt, while earning base pay and unlimited commission. With an attitude ofDIGNITY AND RESPECT, you will gather information, overcome objections, and resolve consumer payment issues.

Qualifications:Experience in customer service, healthcare, financial services, collections, or similar field preferred but not required. Preference will be given to experienced collectors. Must have excellent communication skills. Creativity, empathy, and active listening skills are ideal. Must be professional and dependable.
