DEEP CLEANER - Spherion

Spherion Staffing is assisting a resort located in Charlotte Harbor, FL. They are seeking a Deep Cleaners to assist with the daily detail cleaning of all bars within the Food and Beverage department. Candidates must have working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, delivering and stocking of bar supplies to all outlets, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the physical ability to access all areas of the facility. This is a temp to hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:
-Properly deliver and stock all bar supplies to all outlets/departments in the resort
-Detailed cleaning of all bars, including sweeping, mopping, and washing floor mats in assigned stations
-Proper stocking, delivery, and usage of chemicals required for general cleaning
-Proper use of PPE (personal protective equipment)
-The ability to follow all department policies and procedures.
-Comply with all related job directives assigned by Stewarding or Beverage Managers
-Perform all other functions as needed

Working hours: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Skills:
-Excellent customer service skills
-Ability to function well under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet established deadlines
-Must possess mature personal discretion and sound judgment
-Professional appearance and demeanor
-Ability to lift up to 50lbs consistently
-Adaptability and flexibility

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
-High School diploma or equivalent preferred
-Candidates MUST be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
-Combination of education and experience will be considered
-Ability to pass a national background and drug screening
