About the Job
A multi-office Law Firm has an opening in their Miami, Florida office for a Litigation Attorney with catastrophic injury experience. While the role will focus on defense litigation, candidates with plaintiff experience will be considered.
Experience/Requirements:
- At least 5 years of litigation experience preferably in the areas of bodily injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice and/or trucking.
- Must have experience conducting and attending hearings, depositions and mediations
- Trial experience a plus, but not required
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- MUST be a member of the Florida Bar in good standing
