Responsibilities
Assist the sales management team with data entry, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.
Gather all necessary documentation for a completed sale, including customer information, incentives applied, and legal documents.
Coordinate with sales and finance departments to ensure a seamless financing process.
Communicate effectively with customers to schedule delivery appointments.
Maintain an efficient workflow and assist in any other miscellaneous tasks managers give.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record are a plus.
