Dowd Deliveries, a Delivery Service Partner, working with the largest global eCommerce company is looking for enthusiastic, team players to deliver packages. Our mission is to get every order to the customer’s door on-time. We offer full and part-time driver delivery opportunities and Company Vehicle Provided! Non CDL Driver - Required! $20.25 per hour to $24.00 per hour ** Drivers can apply to become DOT certified (paid for by Dowd Deliveries), which would allow them to make more per hour!
Both full and part-time openings are available.
To qualify you must:
- Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to provide proof of a clean driving record.
- Be open to working 8 to 10 hours per shift.
- Age of 21 years or older.
- Must maintain a clean and neat personal appearance.
- Eligible to work for any employer within the U.S.
- Must pass pre-employment screening- drug screen does not include Marijuana testing.
- Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation: Lift packages up to 50 lbs. and able to get in and out of van and walk up and down stairs through your shift.
- Must be able to work at least one weekend day.
Responsibilities:
- Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
- Use hand held device for routing information, customer delivery information.
- Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area.
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered.
- Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
- Approximate hours are 10:30AM to 9:00PM. Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days per week.
