About the Job
- Strong Project Management experience in Pharma and Data Management domain
- Any experience in project delivery on AWS, Big Data , Databricks or similar data platform will be a big plus.
- Pharma GxP project delivery experience
- Experience of project implementation involving Clinical Data & Data Standard formats
- Efficient in driving the delivery, product demos, meticulous in project planning & timelines tracking
- Efficient in project risk management
- MS Project (MUST HAVE), Jira, Confluence experience
- Experience in Agile delivery
- Experience of managing project teams, Product team and ancillary teams in a cross-vendor environment
- Excellent communication skills are required.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Project Execution: Lead project teams through all project phases, from initiation to closure. Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure the project stays on track. Address any issues that arise during project execution.
- Stakeholder Communication : Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and leadership. Provide regular project status updates, report on key metrics, and manage expectations.
- Scope Management: Ensure project scope is well-defined and documented. Monitor scope changes and assess their impact on project timelines and resources. Implement scope change control processes when necessary.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget. Manage resource constraints and balance workload across team members.
- Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize their impact on project outcomes.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of project deliverables. Conduct thorough quality checks and ensure that all project outputs meet established quality criteria.
- Compliance: Ensures projects comply with SOPs and other compliance related policies
- Budget Tracking: Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to approved budgets. Provide accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and other relevant records.
- Lessons Learned : Conduct project post-mortems to capture lessons learned and identify areas for improvement. Apply insights from past projects to enhance future project execution.
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management
- Pharmaceutical
- ERP project management
- Understanding of project management methodology including project planning, requirements, estimating, resource management, scheduling, and risk/issue management
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills to establish and maintain positive and productive working relationships with all team members and stakeholders
- Experience facilitating status meetings and holding team members accountable for status, deliverables, and timely escalation of any barriers to success
- Strong negotiation skills to broker conversations and reach compromises
