Client is looking for an extraordinary Paid Social Lead Generation specialist to help drive upmarket growth through our global paid lead generation program. As a member of client s Demand Generation team, you will manage performance of all paid social lead generation campaigns for our core payments business and SaaS products. Taking a data driven approach, you ll look to increase campaign efficiency through campaign optimization, creative experimentation, and new platform tests. You will report to the Paid Social Lead.

Client is looking for an extraordinary Paid Social Lead Generation specialist to help drive upmarket growth through our global paid lead generation program. As a member of client s Demand Generation team, you will manage performance of all paid social lead generation campaigns for our core payments business and SaaS products. Taking a data driven approach, you ll look to increase campaign efficiency through campaign optimization, creative experimentation, and new platform tests. You will report to the Paid Social Lead.
You will:
- Help achieve team KPIs (leads, MQLs, SALs) by executing and optimizing paid social lead gen campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Reddit.
- Own daily campaign monitoring, pacing, optimization, tracking, and reporting.
- Measure campaign performance and generate data-driven insights to improve future performance.
- Identify opportunities for testing and help develop quarterly testing roadmaps and tactical plans to ensure internal KPIs are met.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders on project deliverables and performance. Work cross-functionally with Lead Generation, Sales, Creative, and international teams to maximize impact of campaigns.
You have:
- A BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- A minimum of 2 years of related marketing experience, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment managing paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn) with a (USD)XM budget
- Experience executing lead generation strategies and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency to meet/exceed KPI targets. Bonus if you have ABM experience.
- Experience working cross-functionally and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and campaign reporting
- Attention to detail and ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
- A passion for marketing, staying up to date on industry and platform news
