Randstad is looking for a candidate to fulfill a Direct Hire need for a client in Fayette County. This position will support the Operations of the facility using demand planning tools, maintaining the ERP system and sourcing/negotiating contracts for purchasing materials.
This position is direct hire to the client's payroll in a small office of a larger corporation. Salary can be negotiable for the right candidate.

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree a PLUS
Responsibilities
+ Monitor and report on key performance indicators, with a focus on timely delivery and operational efficiency.
+ Identify and evaluate potential global suppliers for purchasing.
+ Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure the best value.
+ Oversee inventory valuation and management to ensure optimal stock levels and accuracy.
+ Develop and implement ongoing improvement strategies to enhance operational performance.
+ Lead change initiatives within the organization, ensuring smooth transitions and employee engagement.
+ Maintain and manage accurate master data across systems to support operational effectiveness.
+ Analyze and streamline processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
+ Collaborate with multiple departments to create and implement effective workflows.
+ Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
+ Assist in maintaining quality standards and compliance throughout operations.
+ Oversee the creation and execution of projects that drive operational improvements.
+ Facilitate quarterly meetings to review improvements and metrics, fostering a culture of accountability.
+ Utilize ERP systems, preferably Business Central, to enhance data management and operational processes.
Skills
+ Purchasing/Procurement (2 years of experience is required)
+ Logistics Operations (2 years of experience is required)
+ MS Office (5 years of experience is preferred)
+ ERP (2 years of experience is required)
+ Contract Negotiation (2 years of experience is required)
