In this role, the Demand Writer will report to an attorney-led team and draft letters laying out the logical arguments, medical evidence, and summary of injuries on behalf of our injured clients. Our demand letters are tailored to the evidence of each case, so the best candidate for this role will have a sincere intellectual interest in understanding and learning about the medicine, treatment, and legal arguments proving our clients’ injuries.
We are looking for someone with excellent writing and reading skills, attention to detail, and proficiency and speed with reviewing medical records and drafting summaries and persuasive arguments advocating for our clients’ injuries. The candidate must have the desire to advocate on behalf of our clients through these demands, believe in the importance of our work, and reflect our Core Values.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelor’s degree.
Self-motivated and high degree of work ethic.
Energized by performing in a fast-paced environment with weekly goals.
Willing to review medical records involving catastrophic personal injuries and complex medical treatment.
Able to provide a representative writing sample and complete a writing prompt as part of the interview process.
