 Our growing team is seeking a Demolition Estimator to join us and play a crucial role in our projects.

Pay: 110K-130k+ Bonus & Benefits

Location: On-Site

Responsibilities:

• Accurately estimate project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and potential challenges.
• Prepare detailed proposals and budgets for clients.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project alignment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide accurate estimates.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven experience as a demolition estimator.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
