Schedule for the Dental Assistant:

• 25 - 35 hours within the practice hours

• One evening shift and alternating saturdays required

Practice Hours:

• Monday - Thursday: 8AM - 8PM

• Friday: 8AM - 5PM

• Saturday: 8AM - 4PM

Responsibilities and Requirements of the Dental Assistant:

• At least 2+ years of dental assisting experience

• Outstanding communication skills

• Patient-friendly attitude

• Constant desire for growth and improvement

• Assist the dentist through four-handed dentistry

• Thorough patient and treatment area preparation

• Strict adherence to sterilization protocols for treatment rooms, materials, and equipment

• Proficiency in capturing various digital x-rays

• Patient education on dental procedures to promote informed decisions

• Present treatment plans

• Schedule patients for their next appointment

• Collect patient payments on the day of service
