Dental Assistant at West Michigan Periodontics

Our team is currently seeking a part-time dental assistant to join our specialty office. We take pride in our long-standing relationships with patients who trust us with their dental care, and we are excited to welcome new patients and provide them with exceptional service.

Job Description:

• Assist Dr. Cilla during a variety of treatment procedures
• Prepare patients for treatment  and ensuring their comfort throughout their visit
• Take and develop dental x-rays 
• Ensure proper sterilization and infection control procedures are followed to maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff

Ideal Candidate:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other dental professionals
• Certification or training as a dental assistant is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
• Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments
