Dental Customer Service Specialist - La Cross Dental

We are growing again!

Summit- Horizon Dental Lab is seeking a Dental Customer Service Specialist to join our team!

You will be responsible for helping customers by answering account questions, providing product and service information, as well as entering cases into the scheduling system, and ensuring cases are quality controlled prior to being delivered

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and delivery questions

• Provide information about the products and services

• Connect clients with appropriate Technical Support Staff

• Document and update customer records based on interactions

• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

• Enter new cases into scheduling system for production • Unpack and disinfect all inbound and outbound lab cases

• Ensuring all items to be delivered are documented and in our clients casework box

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Previous Customer Service experience is preferred

• Ability to build rapport with clients

• Ability to prioritize and multitask

• Positive and professional demeanor

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This is a Full-Time position that will require M-F availability. Training on specialty systems will be provided. Our Full-Time TEAM members can expect benefits such as Health/Dental, 401K Matching, PTO, and more.
