Dental Front Office Coordinator - David B. Littlefield DDS

We are seeking a Front Office Coordinator to collaborate with our team to improve our patient’s dental health and smiles in our State-Of-The-Art practice.

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday: 1 hour for lunch

• Monday 7:45am - 5:00pm
• Tuesday 7:45am - 5:00pm
• Wednesday 7:45am - 5:00pm
• Thursday 7:45am - 5:00pm

Alternating Fridays and Saturdays 30 minutes for lunch

• Friday: 8-3
• Saturday: 8-2

The Front Office Coordinator should:

• Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.

• Develop productive schedules.

• Manage patient documents and records.

• Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.

• At least 1 year of prior experience
• Experience with Dental Software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft dental software, Curve or MacPractice, is preferred
• Knowledge of Dental operations is preferred
• Technical expertise in dental insurance benefits is preferred
• Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
