We are seeking a Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our amazing team to improve our patient’s dental health and smiles in our State-Of-The-Art practice in Greenville, South Carolina. Schedule: We have a wonderful 4day work schedule that provides a great work/life balance.
- Monday 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Tuesday 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Wednesday 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Thursday 8:00am - 4:00pm
- Friday Off
- Saturday Off
- Sunday Off
The Dental Front Office Coordinator should (but not limited to) :
- Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.
- Develop productive schedules.
- Demonstrate understanding of insurance benefits.
- Manage patient documents and records.
- Process and complete claim forms.
- Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
- At least 1 year of Front Office experience in medical, dental field or in similar roles
- Basic knowledge of Dental operations
- Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
