Dental Front Office Coordinator - Bayshore Dental

Clinic Hours: We have an amazing schedule that provides a great Work/Life balance. Flexiblity for a 4 day or 5 day work week

• Monday: 8am - 5pm
• Tuesday:  8am - 6pm
• Wednesday:7:30am -4:30pm (Optional)
• Thursday: 8am - 5pm
• Friday: 7:30pm - 1:30pm
• Saturday: Off
• Sunday: Off

The Dental Front Office Coordinator should

• Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.
• Develop productive schedules.
• Demonstrate understanding of insurance benefits.
• Manage patient documents and records.
• Process and complete claim forms.
• Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.

• 1-2 years of Dental Office experience in a front office role 
• Open to Dental Assistants looking to transition into a front office role
• Excellent customer service
• Strong technical expertise in dental insurance benefits
• Experience with Dentrix a plus!
