Clinic Hours: We have an amazing schedule that provides a great Work/Life balance. Flexiblity for a 4 day or 5 day work week
- Monday: 8am - 5pm
- Tuesday: 8am - 6pm
- Wednesday:7:30am -4:30pm (Optional)
- Thursday: 8am - 5pm
- Friday: 7:30pm - 1:30pm
- Saturday: Off
- Sunday: Off
The Dental Front Office Coordinator should
- Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.
- Develop productive schedules.
- Demonstrate understanding of insurance benefits.
- Manage patient documents and records.
- Process and complete claim forms.
- Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
- 1-2 years of Dental Office experience in a front office role
- Open to Dental Assistants looking to transition into a front office role
- Excellent customer service
- Strong technical expertise in dental insurance benefits
- Experience with Dentrix a plus!
