Job description

· Coordinate patient flow

· Schedule Patient- treatment plan coordinator 

· Patient billing

· Collection processes

· Check practice's general email box daily and distribute appropriately

· End-of-day, End-of-month balancing

· Communicate with Financial Coordinator regarding overdue accounts

· Respond to patient questions, concerns or complaints as needed

· Make mutually agreeable financial arrangements with patients under office guidelines
