- Strong organizational and time management skills to efficiently manage appointments and ensure that each patient receives adequate care within their allotted time slot.

Responsibilities
- Assessing oral health conditions and reviewing patients' health history
- Cleaning teeth by removing plaque, tartar, and stains
- Applying preventive materials, such as sealants and fluorides
- Taking dental X-rays and processing them for the dentist's review
- Documenting treatment plans and care performed on patients
- Teaching patients about oral hygiene techniques, such as how to brush and floss correctly
- Assisting dentists during procedures and giving post-operative instructions
- Scheduling patient appointments and managing patient recall system
- Ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment
Qualifications
- Associate degree in dental hygiene (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Current state license to practice dental hygiene
- Proven experience as a Dental Hygienist
- Ability to prepare dental equipment and instruments
- Excellent working knowledge of overall dentistry and dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong patient focus
- Minimum 3-5 years experience required
- CPR Certified
