Dr. Keith Novy DDS is excited to introduce the opportunity to hire a Full Time Dental Hygienist (RDH) into his growing practice in West Lake Hills, Texas.
Full Time Dental Hygienist Schedule
Monday and Tuesday 7:45am - 4:00pm
Wednesday 7:15am - 3:30pm
Thursday 7:15am - 2:30pm
Friday (as needed) 8:00am - 12:00pm
As the third dental hygienist (RDH) in a busy, stable practice you can expect 7-8 patients per day. Our team is seeking a highly energetic, engaging personality to deliver incredible patient care with the mindset of continuous growth and development of clinical skills.

- Reviewing patient's history
- Administers prophylactic treatment by scaling and polishing
- Documents area of existing restorations
- Use of X-ray
- Instructing patients in oral hygiene technique and working with patients and their oral hygiene
- Conduct screenings
- Assist patients with oral hygiene
- Active Texas Hygienist license required to start
- Current BLS/CPR certifications
- Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training
- Prefer 1 or more years of dental hygiene clinical experience
