Dental Hygienists (top tier pay with sign-on bonus) at CareerBuilder Premium Subscription

BLM Recruiting Solutions is working with top-tier Dental Practices in the Greater Cincinnati area looking to add additional Dental Hygienists to their team. These roles top of the line pay with sign-on bonus, full benefits, PTO/Holiday Pay, and Top State of the Art Modern Equipment. They do full arch, dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, and family dentistry. They currently run with 5 hygienists with 2 dentists per day.

This multi-specialty approach to your care is also what provides such personalized treatment and superior results. Together, we form a collaborative team of professionals with a singular goal to help each of our patients achieve great oral health and an amazing smile.

• Cleaning teeth: Using special instruments to remove plaque and tartar from teeth, and polishing them with paste and a rubber cup
• Examining oral health: Checking patients' oral areas, head, and neck for signs of disease, and reviewing their dental history
• Educating patients: Teaching patients about oral hygiene techniques, such as how to brush and floss, and promoting good oral health habits
• Applying sealants and fluorides: Applying these to help protect teeth
• Taking and developing x-rays: Taking dental x-rays and developing them
• Assisting dentists: Helping dentists with minor procedures
• Documenting patient care: Recording patient care and treatment plans, and reporting their findings to dentist

Experience can be a recent grad to senior level! These roles can be full or part time!
