DESCRIPTION:

Pure Smiles-Pataskala  (186 East Broad Street, Pataskala,OH 43062) is offering an exciting career opportunity for a talented, warm and welcoming Office Manager who is patient-focused, values our teammates, and has strong leadership skills.

IN THIS POSITION, YOU WILL:

• lead a dynamic team of dental healthcare professionals,
• ensure an excellent patient experience is regularly provided,
• provide input to the Marketing Department to identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and differentiators (like community involvement), that will lead to increased office visibility and revenue,
• create daily, weekly, and monthly reports and gather statistics
• review the daily schedule to identify issues and opportunities for same-day treatment
• provide self-development opportunities for all team members to ensure continuous growth
• maintain a working knowledge of all statutory regulations affecting practice health and safety
• support both the clinical and administrative team to ensure the practice is running smoothly and patients are cared for and happy

• has a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Open Dental
• enjoys working on a team that likes to have fun!

 

PREFERRED:

• Associates or Bachelors degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field or a combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in practice management software such as Open Dental
