You need excellent interpersonal communication skills in order to lead the team and communicate calmly and reassuringly with patients. We are a busy practice and looking for an individual who is able to work independently. This position has great potential for growth and does require substantial dental knowledge and experience.

Essential functions:
- Accounts Receivable
- Motivating and leading the team
- Assist in Marketing
- Handle all aspects of customer service
- Assist in hiring and Human Resources
- Helping with insurance
- Assist in filling schedule
