Your role as a Dental Practice Manager

As the Dental Practice Manager at Enable Dental, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations of our innovative mobile dental team. Your 5-day work week will be uniquely split between traveling to various locations, including assisted living facilities, skilled nursing homes, memory care facilities, and group homes, where you will manage and support dental operations onsite. In addition, you will dedicate time in our Rochester office to handle vital dental administration tasks. This multifaceted position allows you to implement effective patient care strategies, foster collaborative patient charting and treatment planning, and ensure that our mobile dentistry services remain compliant with OSHA and HIPAA regulations.

Your leadership will empower a dedicated team to provide essential Dental Management services to medically compromised and special needs populations, making a meaningful impact on their access to quality dental care.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Dental Terminology
• Dental Service Organization (DSO) experience
• Dental Office Start-Up experience is a plus
