THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR OFFICE RECEPTIONIST

THE SCHEDULE:

This role at our dentistry's front desk typically works Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.

YOUR ROLE:

As our Dental Office Receptionist, your day starts with welcoming patients and helping them with the check-in process. Throughout the day, you'll be answering calls, managing schedules, and making sure appointments are confirmed to keep things running smoothly. You're also verifying insurance details and assisting with the check-out process as patients leave. Your keen eye for detail and amazing organizational skills are super important as you juggle these tasks in a fast-paced environment, all while keeping the vibe at the office warm and welcoming for patients and staff. This role suits you perfectly!
