We're an ambitious, growing dental group, and we're looking for a Dental Operations Manager who has hands-on experience with multi-practice management and DeNovo launches. You'll be at the heart of our expansion, playing a key role in opening new locations and ensuring they run efficiently, delivering top-notch patient care.

What You'll Do:

        •       Lead and manage operations across multiple dental practices, ensuring they run smoothly and profitably.
        •       Take charge of launching new DeNovo practices, setting them up for long-term success from day one.
        •       Partner with clinical and administrative teams to create seamless workflows that improve both team performance and patient experiences.
        •       Develop and track KPIs to drive continuous improvement across all locations.
        •       Cultivate a positive, supportive culture that motivates teams to deliver their best.

Who You Are:

        •       You've got 5+ years of experience in dental operations, and you've successfully helped launch and scale new practices.
        •       You're a natural leader who knows how to build relationships and inspire teams to achieve their goals.
        •       You're highly organized, data-driven, and love turning challenges into opportunities for growth.
