Dental/Oral Surgery Manager - Wisdom Teeth Guys

The Wisdom Teeth Guys is looking for a dynamic manager to manage a mobile oral surgery team working in 4 locations across the DFW metro area!

Wisdom Teeth Guys is a premier provider of wisdom teeth removal Texas, Utah and Arizona.

We have more 5 star reviews in the DFW metro area than any other wisdom teeth removal provider (1600 and counting)!

Responsibilities include:

• Managing all day to day operations of surgery days.
• Recruiting, training and managing a team of 4 oral surgery assistants and 2 assistant managers.
• Managing schedules and communicating protocols with our CRNA's regarding sedation.
• Calling patients/parents prior to surgery day and conducting pre-op calls.
• Posting patients' treatments to the ledger.
• Taking payment & greeting patients.
• Ensuring the surgery team stays on schedule.
• Managing relationships with our doctors.
• Managing instrument & supply order processes.
• Managing handpieces, crash carts, oxygen and other equipment.
• Train new surgery assistants on our processes & X-ray machines.
• Make sure things run smoothly from front to back.
• Working with the management team to brainstorm ways grow the practice within the DFW area.

Ideal candidates will have substantial oral surgery experience ideally both front office and back. Must have a passion for wisdom teeth removal and great people management and communication skills!

This is probably unlike any other oral surgery or dental job you may have ever had. If you are ready and capable of taking on a lot of responsibility, not afraid of long hours and enjoy a challenge this might be the right position for you!

Position works out of our main office in Arlington on non-surgery days. Other days are rotated amongst our locations. Must be willing to travel weekly to our offices in Arlington, Fort Worth, Irving and Richardson.
