MUST:
Experienced Dental Receptionist
2+ years in a dental office setting
Must have Dental Experience
Experience in a high-volume practice
EMR system experience
Verification of benefits experience
Billing experience strongly preferred
MUST be able to multi-task
DUTIES:
Typing correspondence
Scheduling patient appointments for evaulations and follow ups
Collecting co-payments
Verifying insurance information
Leads lower level administrative staff
Other duties as assigned
