We are seeking a Dental Scheduling Coordinator(Front Office Associate) to collaborate with our team to improve our patient’s dental health and smiles in our State-Of-The-Art practice in Jackson, MI.

Schedule: 4 day work week!
- Monday 6:30am - 4:00pm
- Tuesday 6:30am - 4:00pm
- Wednesday 6:30am - 4:00pm
- Thursday 6:30am - 4:00pm
- Friday : Off
- Saturday : Off
- Sunday: Off
The Front Office Coordinator should:
Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.
Develop productive schedules.
Manage patient documents and records.
Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
- 1 year of prior experience working in dentistry or related field is preferred
- Experience with Dental Software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft dental software, Curve or MacPractice, is preferred
- Knowledge of Dental operations is preferred
- Technical expertise in dental insurance benefits is preferred
- Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
