Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Training Manager to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role will be responsible for facilitating the training and development of new managers and front office staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet the demands of their positions. The Training Manager will play a critical role in our expansion efforts, traveling to newly acquired offices to lead changeover processes and provide support where needed. This position requires traveling for a minimum of 2-3 weeks per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to ADC offices nationwide to conduct training sessions and assist with office transitions. - Provide comprehensive training on dental management software and processes, including Denticon, Dental XChange (claims process), Weave, Jarvis, and Dropbox. - Train new managers and treatment coordinators, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills required for their roles.
- Offer support and cover managerial duties in the absence of office managers due to PTO or sickness.
- Collaborate with the ADC leadership team to identify training needs and develop customized training programs.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary to meet ADC's goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in training and development, preferably within the dental or healthcare industry.
- Proficient in Denticon
- Strong knowledge of dental management software and processes (Denticon, Dental XChange, Weave, Jarvis, Dropbox).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel extensively across the United States.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing environments.
