A family-owned dental laboratory leader in North California serving the bay area for over 45 years is seeking an expert talented Crown finisher with a minimum of 5 years of experience in cad cam designing in Exocad or 3shape

Key Responsibilities:
- Design dental restorations (crowns, bridges, veneers, implants) using CAD/CAM technology.
- Work closely with other lab technicians to ensure accurate, high-quality restorations.
- Utilize 3D scanning, CAD software, and milling technology to produce restorations that meet precise specifications.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and optimal patient outcomes.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in CAD/CAM technology and dental design.
- Review digital impressions and ensure accuracy before proceeding with the design process.
- Ensure timely completion of design projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a dental laboratory setting or dental CAD/CAM design.
- Proficiency with dental design software such as 3Shape, Exocad, or similar.
- Strong understanding of dental anatomy and occlusion.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a team and communicate design specifications clearly.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in CAD/CAM design or relevant dental technology courses.
- Experience with digital dentistry workflows, including intraoral scanners and 3D printing.
- Knowledge of various materials used in dental restorations, including zirconia, e.max, and other ceramic materials.
