Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced in-office Medical or Dental Representative to join our team. As a Dental Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and offering dental services to patients, presenting treatment plans, and selling treatment to consumers.
- Ideal candidate has an extremely high emotional IQ to serve patients and their needs.
- Master of Treatment Planning to include complex cases all the way down to a simple filling. Up to date with latest treatment planning coding and regulations.
- Ideal candidate is extremely organized and can work in a complex medical/dental setting.
- Extreme ability to manage leads and patients within multiple systems.
- Ideal candidate is willing to learn medical and dental verbiage in a short amount of time.
- Strategic approach to dental treatment acceptance with proven track record and exceptional high case acceptance.
- Creative ability to dissect data and work with marketing team to target patient populations via emails, text, and other creative modalities. How have you contributed to new revenue generation?
- Ideal candidate loves a consultative sales approach with approach of a caregiver.
- Ideal candidate can help patients through difficult financial conversations and help them get qualified for financing options.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales treatment acceptance goals
- Cotinually feed and build the doctor's schedule as well as taking accountability for schedule maximization
- Build and maintain relationships with patients, dentists, and staff
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to patients
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on product features, benefits, and usage
- Analyze lead trends and competitor activities to identify new pipelines of patients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback
Skills:
- Medical knowledge and background with strong skills in discussing patient outcomes as it relates to surgical and dental procedures.
- Strong skills managing a CRM and various platforms for inbound lead management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Proven track record in medical sales, dental sales, or medical retail sales
- Proficient in Dental Software applications (Open Dental)
- Excellent customer service and account management skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Experience in outside sales and conducting product demonstrations
- Technical sales knowledge in the medical industry is preferred
