Job DetailsDental Office Case Mix: 20-25 Hygiene checks and 10-12 operative Must be comfortable seeing Medicaid Pediatric cases (70% Pediatrics, 30% adults) Requirements: Dental License, DEA Preferred. (CSR is also preferred in states where it is required to prescribe), NPI number Ages 2+ EMR: DentaPro Benefits Travel and lodging provided. Malpractice Insurance Coverage Weekly Electronic Pay
