• Sign-on, Relocation, & Healthcare

• No lab fees & Production based comp structure

Practice

• 3 month wait on new patents

• 5 ops, 3 Hygienist, 2 dental assistants

• 4day work week

• 25% Fee for service and 75% commercial insurance
