- Schedule: Monday 8:30 am -5:00 pm, Tuesday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm, Wednesday 10:00 am-6:00 pm, Thursday 8:00 am- 4:30 pm

- Credentialing Time Frame: 1-2 days
