Outstanding Opportunity for a Full Time Dentist in our St. Augustine, FL Dental Office.  We offer a competitive base salary, Incentive Bonus Plan, Full Benefits, including but not ;limited to, Health, Dental, Vision, Long and Short Term Disability, 401k, Life Insurance, PTO, 12 Paid Holidays, Signing Bonus, Relocation Assistance, Florida License renewal paid, CME with days and a monetary allowance and much, much more.  Hours are Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. until 7 p.m.  Student Loan Repyament is offered through the National Health Service Corp with a good number of our Providers receiving the same.  We are looking to fill this opportunity as soon as possible. 

We currently provide Primary Care Services in 6 counties in Northeasst Florida and Dental Services in 3 counties including our St. Augustine Dental Center and are looking for the right person to join our Aza Health family.  Our St. Augustine Dental Center employees a Registered Dental Hygienist to assist you in caring for our patients.  We provide the following services:  Dental Prophylaxis, Chairside Assisting, Sealants, Coronal Polishing, Expanded Function, entures, Flouride Treatments, Foun-Handed Denistry, Scaling & Root Planing, Digitral X-Rays, Crowns, General Denistry, Temporary Crowns, Dental Hygiene, Sealant Placement, etc. 

St. Johns County offers wonderful public schools, multiple private schools, Flagler College, a campus for St. Johns River State College and multiple technical school opportunities, gorgeous beaches and river activities with an incredible downtown area.  Fantastic restaurants are abundant.
