Qualifications/Requirements:

1. Education: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Missouri Dental Board.

2. Licensure: Valid license to practice dentistry in the State of Missouri, Bureau of Dangerous Drugs license and DEA license; CPR certified.

3. Abilities: Insurable for professional liability.

4. Demonstrate basic computer skills.

5. Possess light typing skills, computer knowledge helpful. Must demonstrate accuracy, proficiency, and efficiency.

6. Possess BLS certification.

7. Possess cognitive skills necessary to read and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written or oral form.

8. Possess light typing skills, computer knowledge. Demonstrate accuracy, proficiency and efficiency. Possess ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from patients, and other individuals encountered in the course of employment.

9. Possess ability to talk, hear, react, stand, kneel and lift.

10. Demonstrate tact, patience and good communications skills in dealing with patients and office staff.

11. Insure confidentiality of all patient records and accounts.

12. Clean and neat appearance.

13. Must possess and maintain a valid drivers license and proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for business.
