JOB SUMMARY
As a service representative at Mon Health, you will ensure that quality care is given to patients and external customers by assisting in the coordination of multiple department functions including, but not limited to, collecting data, confirming that orders are placed and processed correctly, working with departments to improve processes, and facilitating communications within the organization.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required, Associate Degree is preferred
Experience: 2+ years of experience working in business, office management, patient access, scheduling, or equivalent professional office environment
Licensure/Certification: MA/ LPN preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
Light work, primarily office / desk work
Frequent lifting and / or carrying objects weighing up to 20 pounds with a maximum lifting of 25 pounds.

JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinates with the Pre Access Scheduling Center (PASC) to ensure timely scheduling and patient follow up
- Provides patients with pre-procedure instructions and preparation requirements
- Works in RIS and PACS to generate medical record CD’s as needed
- Collects and maintains patient documentation
- Familiar with NIOSH and black lung requirements
- Pulls data reporting for ancillary department leaders, maintains ancillary department dashboards, updates data for department success boards
- Assists ancillary department leaders as needed with administrative duties
- Other duties as assigned
