Job Title: Department Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and coach associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure merchandise is easily accessible and well-organized.
• Provide input on operational and merchandising strategies to the Store Management Team.
• Monitor department performance and implement improvements as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• Previous retail experience, with supervisory experience a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
