Network Deployment Technician
Apex Systems is hiring for a Network Deployment Technician with a large government client supporting the Navy & Marine Corps in Newport, RI!

Location: Naval Station Newport, RI
Required Qualifications:

• Active, DoD-issued Secret Security Clearance
• CompTIA Security+ CE Certification
• CCNA (or ability to obtain within the first 6 months of employment)
• 4 Years of IT Experience w/ Bachelors in Information Technology or related field (requirements vary) 

Position Overview:

• Evaluate communication hardware and software, as well as troubleshoot Local Area Networks/Base Area Networks/Wide Area Networks (LAN/BAN/WAN)
• Handle  network related problems
• Administer LAN/BAN/WANs
• Schedule conversions and cutovers
• Coordinate with all responsible users and sites
• Specialize experience in the performance and configuration of networks as well as the integration and testing of complex large-scale computer integrated networks
