PRIMARY LOCATION: Westlake, TX
POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Deployment Analyst implements go-to-market deployment strategies for all WI products, services, and initiatives impacting the Relationship Management organization and its clients. While a majority of projects will be focused on Fidelity's Defined Contribution business, the analyst will also have exposure to a number of Fidelity retirement benefit programs, including Pension, Health Savings Accounts, and Stock Plans.

Education and Experience

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree with proven experience in the retirement industry, financial services, defined contribution, and/or benefits administration industry or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of project management and/or management consulting experience a plus
- Effective written communications experience
- New Product/Service experience within Workplace Investing advantageous to the role
- Familiarity with WI Relationship Management and business partners a plus
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to develop, implement and lead project plans
- Solid understanding of Fidelity business processes and systems
- Ability to partner and establish relationships across multiple functional groups including Sales, Relationship Management, Legal/Compliance, Operations, Marketing, and Product
- Ability to navigate the organization to find information and acquire resources
- Adept at operating in a constantly evolving environment with hard deliverables
- Strong focus on continuous improvement and improving the team environment
- Strong analytical, problem solving, conflict resolution, negotiating, and influencing skills
- Professional demeanor and ability to engage multiple levels of the organization
- Microsoft product suite proficiency
