Responsibilities
- Serve as Personal and Family Readiness Coordinator, focusing on family readiness and deployment support.
- Provide deployment assistance across all deployment phases for service members and their families.
- Collaborate with FSS Commander to develop the Unit Family Care Plan program.
- Create, update, and monitor Family Care Plans with commanders and individual Airmen/Guardians.
- Deliver deployment information through brochures, handouts, and classes.
- Assist members in developing family care plans upon request.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in behavioral or social science, or a related discipline appropriate to the position or Four years of relevant experience demonstrating knowledge equivalent to a major in behavioral or social sciences.
- Experience in serving as a Personal and Family Readiness Coordinator.
- Knowledge and expertise in personal and family readiness activities.
- Familiarity with deployment support in the four phases: pre-deployment, deployment and sustainment, re-integration, and post-deployment challenges.
