Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to the Chief Executive Director in implementing the organization's strategic plan, programs, and services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all non-profit grant-related matters, ensuring compliance with all grant requirements.
- Oversee departmental operations, including program management, budgeting, human resources, and compliance.
- Ensure the organization's financial systems and processes are robust, compliant, and support current activities and future growth.
- Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and ensure the organization's compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with other department heads and senior management to drive the organization's mission and vision.
- Actively participate in addressing issues related to domestic violence and sexual assault, including the development and implementation of relevant policies and procedures.
- Represent the organization in public forums and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- A master’s degree in Nonprofit Administration, Public Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a nonprofit
- Proven experience with non-profit grants, strategic planning, and public administration.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations.
- Experience in dealing with issues related to domestic violence and sexual assault.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to drive financial strategy and overall business strategy.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to represent the organization in public forums and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical practices.
