Responsibilities
+ Deputy Registrar serves as the primary back up for the Registrar. Assist Registrar with nomination, admission, and registration processes.
+ Assist the Registrar with Center communications with U.S. Diplomats, Defense Attaches, Military Group Leadership at U.S. Embassies, NGOs, and Think Tanks in 30 plus countries.
+ Assist the Registrar with drafting Cables and Fund Citation letters to the U.S. Embassies and will assist with sending these funding authorization letters to each embassy as required on behalf of the NESA Center.
+ Respond to inquiries and maintain efficient organization of NESA Registrar inbox.
+ Responsible for all assigned NESA Center registration tasks. Assists with registration in-processing at various meetings/events as necessary in the U.S., including virtual distance learning seminars, or in the NESA region.
+ Track and enter registration information into NESA and DSCA databases for programs.
+ Update and complete participant list and manage integrity of input/output of appropriate information in the NESA database.
+ Provide functional feedback on database requirements for the Registrar Office to the Data Systems Manager to ensure effective technical processing of Registrar functions.
+ Organizing and printing certificates, updating/sending acceptance letters and participation letters, updating contact information and assisting Registrar as necessary with administrative duties pertaining to international and US personnel participation in NESA events in the US, virtual for distance learning, and abroad.
+ Interact with foreign and U.S. military officers and civilians and varying levels. Part of a team that is responsible for the effective flow of information about participants and alumni across the center.
+ Participate in NESA events in the US, virtual for distance learning, and abroad to include duties associated with participant management and affairs.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s Degree or 6 years of equivalent work experience required.
+ Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
+ Must have Secret clearance.

75,000.00
