Dermatology Receptionist - Lewisville - PREFERRED DERMATOLOGY PARTNERS

We are looking for a friendly/motivated team-player to join our busy Dermatology practice. The candidate should enjoy working directly with patients/co-workers and be able to multi-task.

Front Office duties include but are not limited to:

• Answering Multi-Line Telephone System
• Checking patients in/out
• Opening and closing batches/balancing money
• Collecting and understanding co-pays, deductibles and insurance network requirements
• Scheduling appointments
• Insurance verification
• Knowledge of insurance billing, CPT and ICD codes
• Medical Office Experience required - Dermatology and EMA experience a plus!
• This position will require travel between our other locations
• This position will require rotating Saturdays - 3-4 times total once a year
