1. Monitoring Patient Visit Count Trends

a. Travel Schedule / Regional schedule must be sent to upper management in
Calendar invite every month.

a. Reviewing the patient satisfaction surveys/reviews on Nextpatient, Google.
Prepare for monthly office meeting:
i.
Monitor reputation for offices (All social media platforms)
ii.
Mitigating future issues.
7. Reviewing Monthly Reports for Meeting with Upper Management:
a. Monitoring Patient numbers
b. New Patient / Follow Ups / Consults
c. Biopsies / Mohs / excisions / cosmetics.
i.
Identifying concerns and show how you addressed them.
d. Staff efficiency of office
e. Ensure all notes: provider/RN/Esti are finalized within a 2-week period.
8. Provider Meetings & Cosmetic Training
a. Assist in New Provider Introduction and Training
i.
Physically Administer Provider Exams to Providers in Training
ii.
iii.
Coordinate cosmetic trainings in the region
Obtain provider clearance from training physicians deliver Jesse Perkins,
PA-C / HR
b. Monthly Provider Meetings:
i.
Responsible for documenting, sending, and staying on top of provider
monthly meeting minutes EVERY month. Ensuring the items discussed are
rectified immediately. Sending notes before meeting for review.
9. Ensure 80% of all calls are answered by each location.
10. ASC
a. Ensure that the ASC’s are properly being utilized and billed. This is also on
managers duties
b. Travel to sites / Verify centers are operating correctly (During monthly check)
c. Documentation is correct per guidelines (verify this on share drive/drop box)
d. Effectively manage ASC staff and maintain all logs and records for next
inspection date
a. Assist in inspection preparations and the survey process
b. 3 years for 9 ASC’s – Unless complaint received or other issues.
c. Annual State Health renewal for 1 ASC – Centennial

Salary of $70,000 annum with a potential bonus up to $15,000 per year.
